Scanadu is a consumer medical technology company developing next generation tests, devices, and services that empower anyone to monitor and better understand their own health – anytime, anywhere. The company is developing in-home consumer diagnostics capabilities for consumers to monitor their health in the comfort of their homes. With the launch of our first product coming soon, we are looking for a talented communicator to join our team as our part-time Customer Service Representative. This role will work with Scanadu’s marketing team to help ensure the effective handling of orders and inquiries from customers, clients, or providers received via phone, e-mail, or social media. Professional interaction and consistent messaging with customers and business partners both internal and external will be crucial to success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, be a highly-effective communicator both verbal and written, as well as a self-motivated team player.
